When the player joins a clan, they must claim their Clan Banner from Hawthorne in order to contribute to the clan and earn rewards. This must be done on each character.

Weekly Clan Engrams

Each week, players can earn up to four engrams for their entire clan by completing activities together. Each of the following activities rewards a clan engram:

At least half of the fireteam must be made up of the clan's members in order for the engram to be earned upon completing the activity. These engrams are granted to all members of the clan when earned, regardless of whether or not they participated in the activities.

Completing the "O Deepsight Mine" quest each week unlocks the ability to purchase a previously obtained Last Wish weapon with Deepsight.

Hawthorne acts as a vendor for the Last Wish raid. Each week, players with access to the raid can acquire the O Deepsight Mine quest from her, which requires the player to complete all raid encounters. Completing the quest will allow the player to purchase one previously acquired Last Wish weapon. The weapon will be guaranteed to have Deepsight Resonance if its Pattern has not been unlocked.

Notes

  • Originally, the player would first meet Hawthorne at the Farm. After the player completed the Red War campaign, she could be found at the Tower.
  • Hawthorne used to sell a weapon and three pieces of armor, with the rarity of the gear being either Common or Uncommon depending on the character's Power Level.
  • Hawthorne's weekly challenge originally required the player to earn 5,000 Clan XP. It was changed in the Season of Defiance to require giving Commendations to other players.

Patch History

  • 7.1.5.3[1]
  • 7.1.0.2[2]
    • Fixed an issue where purchasing a Last Wish deepsight weapon from Hawthorne would unintentionally award bonus pattern progress on top of the progress provided by consuming the deepsight on the weapon itself.
  • 7.1.0[3]
    • Last Wish weapons can now be crafted. Each week, players can visit Hawthorne in the Tower to acquire a pursuit to complete all encounters of the Last Wish raid. Completion will award guaranteed Last Wish pattern progress until all patterns are acquired. In addition, completion of the pursuit will unlock a vendor exchange on Hawthorne for that week where players can spend Spoils of conquest icon1.jpg Spoils of Conquest to purchase 1 additional Deepsight weapon from a selection of Last Wish weapons they've previously obtained.
  • 7.0.0.7[4]
    • Reduced the number of Commendations required for Hawthorne's weekly challenge from 20 to 5.
  • 7.0.0.1[5]
    • Fixed an issue where Hawthorne's icon on the Tower map wouldn't consistently pulse when a clan engram was available to claim.
    • UNLISTED: Hawthorne's weekly challenge objective has been changed from earning 5,000 Clan XP to giving 20 Commendations to other players.
