Tyra can be found on the Farm, in a building in front of the player as they arrive into the zone.

As a Cryptarch, she does not sell anything, but can decrypt Prime Engrams and give their contents to the players.

While Tyra does not offer anything, the players have to visit her for a couple of Exotic quests:
