Trials of Osiris

- Complete Trials rounds and matches to earn Trials Ranks based on the number of round wins on your ticket and in the current match.
- Complete a Flawless Ticket to open the Lighthouse and get the weekly Adept Trials weapon, a piece of Trials armor, and a chance at unique cosmetic items.

Passages
Saint sells Trials Passages, quest items that grant access to the current week's Trials of Osiris tournament. They can only be purchased on weekends when Trials of Osiris is active.
Passages track the player's matches won (up to 7) and rounds won (up to 20), as well as whether or not the player is currently Flawless (no matches lost). Passages can be reset, making them Flawless again while resetting matches and rounds won to 0. Passages are account-wide, allowing the player to make progress on the same passage regardless of which of their characters they are playing on.[1][2]
Each Passage has a unique perk. Some Passages must be unlocked before they can be purchased; once unlocked, they will remain unlocked for the rest of the Season.[1]
- Passage of Ferocity — 15;
- Unlocked by default.
- Perk: Your third match win grants a bonus win.
- Passage of Mercy — 15;
- Unlocked by default.
- Perk: Forgives one loss per run. Forgives a second loss if you have not yet been flawless this week.
- Passage of Wealth — 25;
- Passage of Confidence — 50.
- Unlocked by going Flawless, winning 7 matches without any losses.
- Perk: Grants bonus rewards from Flawless Chest.
Trials Rank
"The path to the Lighthouse is before you, Guardian. Well... a simulated version. It is close enough." —Saint-14
Compete in Trials of Osiris matches and win rounds. Earn Trials Rank Points based on the number of rounds won on your passage. Win 20 rounds to earn maximum rank.
Players can increase their rank with Saint-14 by completing Trials of Osiris matches. The points gained from each match are increased based on the number of rounds won (up to 20) on the player's Trials Passage.[2][1]
Each rank will reward a Trials Engram, stored on Saint-14's vendor screen, which can either be decrypted into gear from the current Trials of Osiris loot pool, or focused into specific items in the Focused Decoding and Legacy Gear sub-menus. They have a maximum capacity of 99, and will disappear at the end of the season if not used.
The Passage of Wealth increases the Trials Rank points gained from matches won on a ticket. This bonus reputation increases in proportion to the player's current major Trials rank (GUARDIAN, BRAVE, HEROIC, etc.).[3]
Some weeks will feature a modifier that increases the amount of Trials Rank points gained. When this is active, an "Increased Trials Rank" modifier will be visible when launching Trials of Osiris. This modifier will be active until the next Tuesday reset. Bonus Trials Rank weeks are usually announced the weekend before through a "Next Week in Destiny" alert in-game.
Rank can be reset to 1 after rank 16 is completed. It will be automatically reset to 1 at the start of the next season.
