This item is a possible reward on certain Nightfall: the Ordeal difficulties, and it can be bought from Banshee-44 for Enhancement Cores, Glimmer and destination materials.
Usage
Enhancement Prisms are used for upgrading armor and buying Ascendant Shards from Banshee-44.
