Enhancement Core is a Material Consumable.
Acquisition
Enhancement Cores have many sources. They are generally acquired through activities, bounties, and dismantling.
- Common Sources
- A possible reward on certain Nightfall difficulties
- Sold by Spider for 30
Legendary Shards - WANTED Bounties from Spider
- Gunsmith Bounties from Banshee-44
- Dropped from powerful enemies when the player character has the Finest Matterweave's buff
- Rarely obtained by dismantling Legendary or Exotic gear.
- Dismantling an item with a Masterwork Level 7 or greater.
Usage
Enhancement Cores are used for upgrading weapons and armor.
They can also be used to buy Upgrade Modules and Enhancement Prisms from Banshee-44.
