Walkthrough

Sorrow's Harbor

Go forward and hop on the platform. You will immediately be attacked by enemies. Cover behind the wall and focus on Acolytes first, then engage with the Knight. Go through the right door and proceed to follow the waypoints through the cave.

You will soon enter a large complex with many Acolytes and some Knights. Clear them and go through the doors on the left.

Scarlet Keep

Head to the tower and keep eliminating enemies. At this point, you will encounter Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota. She will cast a spell that prevents you from resurrecting and proceeding forward.

You need to find and kill 2 Wizards, which are located inside smaller towers in the left and right parts of the area. Be careful, as you will be attacked by waves of Thralls and Knights. As you defeat the first one, go to the pedestal and pick up the Void Charge. Carry it to the main area and put it onto another pedestal. Repeat the same process on the other side. Head back to the middle carefully, as a huge wave of enemies will be waiting. As you deposit the second Void charge the spell will break, lowering the bridge in the process.

Follow the path forward and fight through hordes of Knights and Thralls. Watch out for Wizards, as they will be hovering above you. A Fissure Ogre will spawn halfway through, you can take cover behind the plates at the sides of the bridge. As you get to the tower, you will be attacked by another wave and a Shrieker. Get it first by aiming at its eye with your strongest weapon. Use the stairs as a shield to avoid most of the damage. After the fight is over, take stairs on the left and follow the platforms to the main hall.

You will encounter Hashladûn again, who will put on another spell and retreat deeper. In order to proceed, you will need to capture 3 altars. Be careful, as dozens of Knights, Acolytes, and a Wizard will spawn to protect them. Stand on the altars to capture them, or help your fireteam clean out the room if someone else is standing on the altar. When you capture all 3, the path forward will open. Jump through the cave until you reach the tower.

Tower of Woe

Go right until you reach the entrance and hop on the elevator. Acolytes, Knights, Wizards and a Shrieker will stand in your way. While on the elevator, prepare to battle Acolytes that will attack from every direction. The elevator will stop on the first floor where you will need to find and defeat 2 Wizards to proceed. Follow the waypoint back to the elevator and shoot crystal hovering above you to activate it. It will stop again on the second floor, where you have to repeat the same process. Afterwards, hop back on and prepare for a boss fight.

Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota

As soon as you exit the elevator, you will see the Hashladûn behind the locked gates protected by 2 Hive Wizards. Naturally, they have Solar shields, so a Solar weapon like Sunshot will be the most effective against them. Defeat the Wizards and the gates will open.

Hashladûn's main attack is a stream of Arc pulses similar to a Shrieker's, which can be easily avoided. Occasionally, she will use her AOE attack and make the ground below you glow green. It will activate in 1-2 seconds, dealing a lot of damage and launching you into the air. You can move out of this attack, or counter it by dealing Hashladûn enough damage to make her stagger.

She summons Wizards, Knights, Acolytes and Thralls throughout the fight. Once she drops to 2/3 of her health, Hashladûn becomes immune to damage. Clear out the area from other enemies to remove the shield from her. She gets that shield back when she falls to 1/3 of her health. The shield is removed by defeating the two Ogres she spawns.
