Mara Sov is a vendor and quest NPC from the Season of the Wish.
Location
She is located in the Wing of the Wish in the H.E.L.M., down the stairs to the right of the Landing Zone. She can be found sitting in a throne. She will only appear after the player completes the Final Wish introductory story mission and quest.

Riven's Wishes Rewards
For completing one of the "Riven's Wishes" quests given by Mara, the player will be given a 
Wish Token as a reward, with the final quest giving two. Up to seven Tokens can be earned per account. Each Token can be exchanged for one of the items listed in the sub-sections below.
Riven's Wishes: Last Wish Resonance
Contains Last Wish weapons with Deepsight Resonance that can be exchanged for Riven's Wish Tokens.
These weapons, normally only obtainable from the Last Wish raid, can be claimed without owning the Forsaken Pack, and without having them unlocked in Collections. They are guaranteed to have Deepsight Resonance if their Weapon Patterns have not been unlocked. These weapons will always have the same perk rolls listed below.
