Reload Speed is a measurement of how quickly a weapon can be reloaded. Higher Reload Speed values quicken Reload Time.
Reload Duration Scalar
Many Reload Speed buffs apply an additional multiplier to reload speed called a Reload Duration Scalar. This multiplier operates independently of the Reload Speed stat. Reload Duration Scalars are commonly added to perks like Outlaw so that a Guardian can still benefit, even if they already have 100 Reload Speed.
