The War Table is the seasonal vendor for the Season of Defiance.

Location

It is located in the Wing of the Defiant across from the landing zone in the H.E.L.M., which is found on the Destinations map.

Season of Defiance Information

Collect Defiant Keys by completing activities throughout the system.

Defiant Chests with Seasonal gear appear at the end of playlist Season of Defiance Battlegrounds. Use a Defiant Key to receive an additional reward of Defiant Engrams.

Use Defiant Engrams at the War Table in the H.E.L.M. to receive specific Season of Defiance gear and weapons.

Completing certain weekly Seasonal Challenges will award War Table upgrades that can be spent to unlock new perks and powers.

This weekly challenge was only available during the Season of Defiance. It was removed at the start of the Season of the Deep.

Upgrades

The Upgrades screen.

Spend War Table Upgrades earned from completing Seasonal Challenges to upgrade the War Table.

The War Table offers upgrades that can each be purchased with 1 War Table Upgrade item. War Table Upgrades are earned by completing certain Seasonal Challenges.

Favor Attunement
These upgrades allow the player to create Awoken Favors in Seasonal activities, including Defiant Battlegrounds and the //node.ovrd.AVALON// Exotic mission. Favors provide bonuses when collected. Seasonal armor items have the Queen's Favor Intrinsic perk, which reduces the amount of final blows required to generate Favors. Equipping more armor items, up to 4, improves this bonus. One of these upgrades must be unlocked in order to start unlocking upgrades in the other two categories.

	Exemplar of Justice
	In Seasonal activities, your ability final blows have a chance to create a Favor for you and your allies that improves melee ability recharge.

	Exemplar of Grace
	In Seasonal activities, your final blows with Special ammo have a chance to create a Favor for you and your allies that improves mobility for a brief period of time.

	Exemplar of Zeal
	In Seasonal activities, your final blows with Heavy ammo weapons have a chance to create a Favor for you and your allies that improves grenade ability recharge.

Defiant Vestments
These upgrades can only be unlocked after unlocking at least one Favor Attunement upgrade.

	Defiant Armor Focusing
	Focus your Defiant Engrams into high-stat Seasonal armor. Requires that piece of armor in your collection.

Available after the start of Week 2 of the Season:

	Defiant Weapon Focusing
	Focus your Defiant Engrams into Seasonal weapons. Requires that weapon in your collection.

Available after the start of Week 3 of the Season, with the Defiant Weapon Focusing upgrade unlocked:

	Deepsight Decoding
	The first Season of Defiance weapon you decode each week will have Deepsight Resonance.

Available after the start of Week 4 of the Season:

	Defiant Sojourner
	When you earn a Defiant Engram by completing non-Battleground activities, you will earn an additional one.

Queensguard Vows
These upgrades can only be unlocked after unlocking at least one Favor Attunement upgrade.

Available by default:

	Battleground Riches
	Spending a Defiant Key at the end of a Season of Defiance Battleground increases the chances of earning additional Defiant Engrams.

Available after the start of Week 2 of the Season:

	Queensguard's Arsenal
	Focusing Season of Defiance weapons and armor grants a small chance to earn a Defiant Key.

Available after the start of Week 3 of the Season:

	Vestian Ward
	Spending a Defiant Key at the end of a Season of Defiance Battleground in which you received Favors of Grace, Justice, and Zeal will award an additional Defiant Engram and War Table reputation.

Available after the start of Week 4 of the Season:

	Legendary Deeds
	Spending a Defiant Key at the end of a Season of Defiance Battleground on Legend difficulty increases the amount of gear granted.

Complete Defiant Battleground activities to increase your War Table reputation.

Players can increase their rank with the War Table by completing Defiant Battlegrounds missions.

Defiant Engram Decoding

Open your Defiant Engrams or focus them into the weapons and armor of your choice using focused decoding.

Defiant Engrams are stored on the War Table's vendor screen, rather than in the player's engram inventory. They can be obtained by ranking up with the War Table, or as drops from Defiant Battlegrounds and other activities. The player can obtain the Engram Tracker item from the War Table for free, which allows them to keep track of their total engrams stored at various vendors throughout the game.

Defiant Engrams can be decrypted into random Seasonal gear by selecting them on either the War Table vendor screen or the Defiant Engram Decoding sub-menu.

Focused Decoding

Defiant Engram — 1 Defiant Engram;
- Note: This option is the same as decrypting an engram from the main vendor screen.
Recovered Leviathan Weapons — 2 Defiant Engrams, 1,000.
- Note: This engram will reward either the Imperial Decree Shotgun or a Sword corresponding to the player's class: Throne-Cleaver for Titans, Goldtusk for Hunters, and Death's Razor for Warlocks. Only the Sword matching the character's class can drop. All four of these weapons have Patterns and can drop with Deepsight Resonance, allowing them to be crafted.

Defiant Weapon Focusing

The Defiant Weapon Focusing upgrade is required to focus Defiant Engrams into Seasonal weapons. A weapon must be unlocked in Collections to focus it. If the Deepsight Decoding upgrade is unlocked, the first weapon decoded in a given week will have Deepsight Resonance. The weapon icons will have red borders to indicate this.

The Defiant Armor Focusing upgrade is required to focus Defiant Engrams into Seasonal armor items. An armor item must be unlocked in Collections to focus it.

Bounties

During the Season of Defiance, the War Table offered 4 daily bounties and repeatable bounties. Most objectives can be completed in any activity, but will grant increased progress in Defiant Battlegrounds or in Neomuna.

As of the start of the Season of the Deep, these bounties are no longer available for purchase.

Daily

The War Table sells 4 daily bounties for 250 each, with one randomly chosen from each category. They each reward XP+.
