Weaver is a Dread enemy. They are Strand-wielding casters of the Dread, reshaped from Psions.

Overview
Weavers are the Strand counterpart to the Attendant. Instead of slowing you, a Weaver sends out a wave that pulls you toward it, dragging Guardians out of position and into danger.
Combat
A Weaver emits a pulling Strand wave and supports from range.
Strategy
Brace against the pull with cover or a jump, then burst the Weaver down before it can reposition you again.
