Phalanx is a Cabal enemy. They are defensive troops who carry a heavy energy shield.
Overview
A Phalanx plants its shield to form a moving wall that blocks incoming fire and protects the soldiers behind it. It can widen the shield and charge forward with a bash that knocks Guardians back.
Combat
It fires a sidearm from behind cover and uses the shield itself as a Kinetic melee weapon.
Strategy
Flank a Phalanx or shoot the gaps around its shield, and keep clear of ledges when it winds up its knockback bash.
