Psion is a Cabal enemy. They are members of a smaller, psychic species the Cabal conquered and now use as support troops.

Overview

Psions are faster and frailer than other Cabal. They lay down ranged fire and reposition with short hops. The strongest of them, the Psion Flayers, can teleport, split into copies, and even bend time.

Combat

They carry Slug Rifles and other light arms, strike with a Void psychic melee, and release a close-range Void blast called Nova Rupture. Elite Psions are protected by a Void shield.

Strategy

Match Void damage to break an elite Psion's shield, and kill them quickly before they reposition or call in heavier fire.
