Taken Wizard is a Taken enemy. They are Taken Hive Wizards.

Overview

Taken Wizards float and cast like their living form, but the Taking lets them summon Shadow Thrall to swarm Guardians. A Void shield protects them.

They fire variable-speed Solar projectiles in a sweeping Necromantic Gaze.

Strip the Void shield with Void damage, kill them quickly to stop the Shadow Thrall summons, and dodge the sweeping gaze.
