Husk is a Dread enemy. They are acrobatic melee bruisers of the Dread.

Overview
Husks leap and tumble toward Guardians to attack up close. When a Husk dies, it releases a Geist that flies at you and explodes, unless you kill the Husk with a final blow to its glowing chest weak spot.
Combat
A Husk fights with blades and area-denial grenades, and leaves a Geist behind on most deaths.
Strategy
Land the killing blow on the chest weak spot to stop a Geist from spawning, and shoot down any Geist that does appear before it reaches you.
