Gate Lord is a Vex enemy. They are massive Minotaurs tasked with keeping Vex realms locked out of time.
Overview
A Gate Lord is a special rank of Vex, towering over an ordinary Minotaur and notable for fighting without a shield. They guard gateways and carry the keys to Vex portals, so killing one can open the way forward.
Combat
A Gate Lord wields an oversized Torch Hammer and can release a temporal shockwave.
Strategy
There is no shield to break, so focus heavy and precise fire on the mind core while you avoid the shockwave and its Torch Hammer blasts.
