Description
High-value Target currently occurs at 29 different locations in the base game. The event usually spawns a single Major unit that patrols the area around its spawn point. Defeating the Major unit completes the event.
Whenever a High-Value Target is within your general vicinity, the game will say that "A high-value target is nearby." Whenever a High-Value Target is slain in your general vicinity, the game will announce its death: "A high-value target has dropped its plunder."

- Despoiler Captain
- Notes: spawns in Trostland but doesn't count as a "high vale target"
