This item is given to the player after completing the Episode: Heresy introductory mission.

[This tablet was recovered from Savathûn's throne world when Alak-Hul, the Lightblade, was slain. It now sits idly in your possession. No whispers coax you to listen. No edicts compel you to act. Nevertheless, you stare unwaveringly at the etched stone.]

Picking up an Orb of Power or a Tangle grants Strand weapons Unraveling Rounds.
BOOST: Strand weapons deal increased damage to Strand debuffed targets. |

Rapid Trace Rifle final blows heal you and nearby allies. Powerful combatants increase the amount. |

Tier 3

Tier 4 perks become available to unlock after unlocking 7 perks from the previous tiers.
