Unstoppable Champions
Unstoppable Champions are a type of Champion enemy.
Overview
Visually, Unstoppable Champions have a tendril-like growth on their backs, resembling a bull's horns. Unstoppable Champions have more health than their normal counterparts, with high damage resistance. When aggroed, they will chase players down, and will not flinch when taking damage.
Anti-Unstoppable Champion effects are referred to as Stagger. Mods and other effects that grant Stagger allow the Champion to be stunned for several seconds, lowering its damage resistance. When the stun wears off, the Champion will be immune to being stunned again for a brief period of time.

These effects can stagger Unstoppable Champions, stunning them and reducing their damage resistance.
Artifact Perks

The Seasonal Artifact contains Artifact Perks that can be used to stun Unstoppable Champions. These perks must be unlocked on the Artifact before they can be used, and will automatically take effect after unlocking them. These perks' effects usually require the player to use specific types of weapons or abilities in order to stun Champions. The anti-Unstoppable perks that are currently available will differ depending on the Season.

Weighted Throwing Knife.
Strategy
Unstoppable Champions are highly durable. While they are staggered, use Power Weapons and high-damage Super abilities to deal as much burst damage to them as possible.
Although Unstoppable Champions will relentlessly pursue when aggroed, retreating to earlier areas can be helpful to keep them at a distance.
The 
Major Spec weapon mod and 
Vorpal Weapon perk provide a damage bonus against all Champions.
