Usage
When this perk is unlocked, achieving rapid final blows with non-Exotic Rocket Launchers provides two significant benefits:
Ammo Refund
- Rapid final blows partially refund rocket ammunition directly to the magazine
- Allows for extended use of Rocket Launchers without reloading
- Reduces dependency on heavy ammo pickups during sustained combat
Reload Speed Enhancement
- Increases reload speed for a short duration after triggering the perk

Weapon Compatibility
- Only works with non-Exotic Rocket Launchers
- Legendary Rocket Launchers from all sources are compatible
