Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Sidearms to fire shield-piercing rounds that can stun Barrier Champions and shoot through certain enemy barriers.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Sidearms will be Overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
