Overclock and Load is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 2 of the Tablet of Ruin Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
While this perk is unlocked and the player is Amplified or has Bolt Charge, equipped 
Arc weapons gain increased handling and reload speed. The perk provides approximately +30 to both handling and reload speed stats.
This perk synergizes well with Arc subclass builds, as maintaining the Amplified buff or Bolt Charge will continuously enhance Arc weapon performance. The handling improvement makes weapons feel more responsive, while the reload speed boost allows for faster reloading during combat.
