Defilbrillating Blast is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 5 of the Tablet of Ruin Seasonal Artifact during Episode: Heresy.
Usage
When you stun a Champion, this perk immediately grants you maximum stacks of Bolt Charge (10 stacks) and triggers an Arc bolt explosion. The Arc bolt both heals you and applies Jolt to any combatants it damages.
Effect Details
- Grants 10 stacks of Bolt Charge instantly upon stunning a Champion
- The Arc bolt explosion restores 25% of your maximum HP
- Triggers HP regeneration if you're at critical HP (red health)
- Will not restore the shield portion of your health bar
- The Arc bolt damage is comparable to a Solar Ignition but with a smaller area of effect
Bolt Charge Mechanic
Bolt Charge is gained by dealing damage with any weapon while benefiting from Aspects, Fragments, or weapon perks. Each stack grants melee energy. At 10 stacks, any ability damage (Arc or otherwise) summons a powerful Arc bolt.
Synergies
- Flashover - Becoming amplified when reaching max Bolt Charge, with increased lightning bolt damage
- Dielectric - Defeating Arc-debuffed targets grants Bolt Charge
- Overclock and Load - Arc weapons gain handling and reload speed with Bolt Charge
- Photonic Flare - Defeating exhausted/severed targets with Arc damage creates blinding bursts
