Unlocked on the Tablet of Ruin Seasonal Artifact during Episode: Heresy.
Usage
When this perk is unlocked, dealing sustained damage with specific heavy weapons provides both defensive and offensive benefits.
Weapon Requirements
The perk activates when dealing sustained damage with:
- Heavy Machine Guns - requires eight consecutive hits to trigger
- Rocket Launchers - requires two hits to trigger
Damage Resistance
- Grants 25% damage resistance in PvE activities
- Grants 5% damage resistance in PvP activities
- The resistance effect lasts for 15 seconds after triggering
Ability Regeneration
- Increases grenade regeneration rate by 85%
- Increases melee regeneration rate by 85%
- The enhanced regeneration lasts for 15 seconds after triggering
Sustained Damage Definition
- Heavy Machine Guns: Eight consecutive hits on enemies
- Rocket Launchers: Two rocket impacts (can be on different targets)
- The hits must occur within a reasonable timeframe to count as "sustained"
