Dawning Spirit is a Legendary Event Currency from the Dawning.

Acquisition
- 3 are rewarded when claiming a
Dawning Delivery, which is obtained by delivering cookies. - Rewarded for completing bounties from Eva Levante: 10 per weekly bounty, 2 per daily bounty, and 1 per additional bounty.
- With the fully upgraded
Starfarer 7M ship equipped, 1 is randomly rewarded when obtaining a Dawning ingredient.[1] - Rewarded upon completing a playlist activity (Vanguard, Crucible, or Gambit) with a
Boon of Friendship buff active on at least one fireteam member.[1] - Rewarded for completing certain Triumphs during the Dawning 2021.
Usage
The Dawning 2021
- Can be used to purchase upgrades from Eva Levante.
- With
A Gift in Return, can be used to purchase the 
Edgy Gift Exchange or 
Unity Gift Exchange from Eva Levante.
The Dawning 2022
- Can be used to purchase upgrades from Eva Levante.
- With A Gift in Return, can be used to purchase the Edgy Gift Exchange, the Unity Gift Exchange, or specific Dawning weapons that have been acquired in Collections from Eva Levante.
The Dawning 2023
- Can be used to purchase upgrades from Eva Levante.
- With A Gift in Return, can be used to purchase the
Festive Engram or specific Dawning weapons that have been acquired in Collections from Eva Levante.
