Acquisition

Cabal Gold could be earned from various activities after acquiring and equipping the Hammer of Proving:

• Strikes: 14 Cabal Gold per completion (most efficient)
• Crucible: 8 Cabal Gold per match
• Gambit: 8 Cabal Gold per match
• Dungeons: Variable amounts from:
  • Prophecy
  • Pit of Heresy
  • Shattered Throne
• Public Events: Small amounts per completion

Important Notes

• Required the Hammer of Proving to be equipped to earn
• Could not earn additional Cabal Gold when inventory was full
• Drop rates were not guaranteed, adding RNG to acquisition
