Its upgrade is unlocked by defeating 500 Cabal enemies using Skyburner's Oath.

Notes

• This Catalyst used to be a random drop from Leviathan encounters prior to Beyond Light. It was reintroduced as a playlist drop in the Season of the Chosen.
