1. The Form of the Danger

Interaction: Banshee-44

Banshee-44 looks at your Delicate Tomb and whistles.

"Nice-lookin' weapon, Guardian," he says. He takes it from you and tests its weight. "Very—"

A strange look crosses the Exo's face. "Huh," he says quietly, "thought I heard something."

"Anyway," he says as he quickly hands the weapon back to you, "it's old construction, not anything I recognize, but I might know a way to tune it up."

He sends you back out into the field.

Design the Delicate Tomb's catalyst by defeating targets with Energy slot weapons and defeating challenging combatants.

Defeating minibosses, bosses, and Champions provides additional progress.

3. The Form of the Danger

Banshee-44 visited: 1

Interaction: Banshee-44

Banshee-44 takes your Delicate Tomb and, after a few moments, installs and calibrates the catalyst.

"That should do it," he says, but his mechanical brow furrows.

"Touching that weapon again… I don't know why, but I don't feel good about making it stronger." He hands you the gun, but as you take it, he holds his grip for a moment and looks into your eyes.

"I know you can handle anything, Guardian," he says, "but some things might be better forgotten."

He releases the gun and goes back to his business.
