- Can be obtained as a random drop from Nightmare enemies.
- 1 can be purchased from the Lectern of Enchantment for
10. - Rewarded from Lectern of Enchantment daily bounties.
Usage
- Can purchase the following items from the Lectern of Enchantment:
- Phantasmal Cores for 20 Fragments each;
- Weekly bounties for 5 Fragments each;
- Empowered Decryption Core for 30 Fragments (only during the Divine Fragmentation quest).
- 10 Fragments can be exchanged with Master Rahool for
10,000. - 5 Fragments can be spent in Sanctuary on the Moon to place a Rally Banner, which completely restores ammo and ability energy for any players who interact with it.
