• Can be obtained as a random drop from Nightmare enemies.
• 1 can be purchased from the Lectern of Enchantment for 10.
• Rewarded from Lectern of Enchantment daily bounties.

Usage

• Can purchase the following items from the Lectern of Enchantment:
  • Phantasmal Cores for 20 Fragments each;
  • Weekly bounties for 5 Fragments each;
  • Empowered Decryption Core for 30 Fragments (only during the Divine Fragmentation quest).
• 10 Fragments can be exchanged with Master Rahool for 10,000.
• 5 Fragments can be spent in Sanctuary on the Moon to place a Rally Banner, which completely restores ammo and ability energy for any players who interact with it.
