Rumored Treasure Map is a Treasure Map from the Season of Plunder.
Acquisition
The Rumored Treasure Map is unlocked by unlocking the 
Rumored Treasure Map upgrade at the Star Chart vendor in the H.E.L.M.
Usage
The Rumored Treasure Map can be restored and socketed into the Captain's Atlas for free. Unlike other Treasure Maps, it does not cost Map Fragments or Treasure Coordinates. However, it can only be used once per week.
Digging up a treasure chest at the end of an Expedition will consume the map, rewarding 3 Plundered Umbral Energy (4 with the Precise Cartography upgrade from the Star Chart) and an Expedition Gear item.
