Unlocked on tier 4 of the Slayer Baron Apothecary Satchel Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
This perk allows
Arc weapons to inflict Blind through precision hits at the cost of Armor Charge.
Activation Requirements
- Weapon Type: Arc damage weapons only
- Hit Type: Precision hits required
- Speed: Rapid hits (2-3 within ~1 second)
- Cost: Consumes 1 Armor Charge
- Blind Duration: 3 seconds
BOOST Effect
With the correct Tonic active:
- Area Effect: Creates a blinding burst
- Radius: Similar to Firefly explosion
- Additional Targets: Can blind multiple enemies
- Same Cost: Still consumes 1 Armor Charge
