Acquisition
- Unlocked on tier 5 of the Slayer Baron Apothecary Satchel Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Arc sources (weapons and abilities) deal 15% increased damage against targets affected by Blind. This damage buff stacks multiplicatively with other debuffs.
For easy Blind application, consider using the Retinal Burn artifact perk, which allows Arc weapons to inflict Blind on rapid precision hits.
This perk synergizes well with Arc builds that can consistently apply Blind effects to enemies, significantly boosting damage output against debuffed targets.
