Resonance Amp (also known as the Enhanced Resonance Amp) is a Legendary Consumable item from the Season of the Seraph.
Acquisition
This item is given by the Exo Frame in the H.E.L.M. after completing the Hierarchy free introductory mission and the Extraction Protocol quest. As it is given to the player before they complete their first (free) Heist Battlegrounds mission, it likely does not require owning the Season of the Seraph Season Pass to obtain and use.

A ripple of Arc energy, accompanied by a wave of static, crests over the Exo Frame. Its eyes flicker in response. Clovis seems none too happy about it."Agh! What is that infernal racket? It sounds like... music?"
The Exo Frame shakes its head, as if trying to break itself out of a trance.
"The source frequencies are corrupted and scattered across the system," Clovis complains. "Given the Warmind's obsession with this sort of thing, it might be an attempt at communicating with us."
Clovis refocuses his attention on you.
"Use this Resonance Amp to compile and repair those frequencies. Perhaps then I can get some peace and quiet."

Usage

Having the Resonance Amp in one's inventory causes 
Resonate Stems to drop when completing activities and when opening the Seraph Chest after completing a Heist Battlegrounds mission. The Resonance Amp displays the number of Resonate Stems that the player currently has when hovering over it.
The player can activate the Amp to consume 4 Resonate Stems. This will generate an 
Override Frequency, which displays a clue on the Amp's tooltip. The clue will lead to a Warmind Node, which will reward one of four IKELOS weapons when interacted with before disappearing permanently. The node will be located on either the Moon or Europa, with 6 found in each location.
After completing the Operation: Seraph's Shield Exotic Mission for the first time, the Resonance Amp will be upgraded to the Enhanced Resonance Amp. This allows the player to generate clues for the 4 nodes found on Seraph Station, inside the Operation Seraph's Shield mission. These nodes will each reward an IKELOS weapon that is guaranteed to have Deepsight Resonance, giving progress towards its Weapon Pattern when extracted.
Once all Warmind Nodes have been found, the Resonance Amp will become inactive, unable to generate Override Frequencies. It can only be used to earn more Resonate Stems. Stems can be used to focus additional IKELOS weapon drops at the Exo Frame in the H.E.L.M.
Notes
- If the player finds all Warmind Nodes on the Moon and Europa before they complete Operation: Seraph's Shield, the Resonance Amp will become inactive until it is upgraded to the Enhanced Resonance Amp.
- The following message is displayed on the item's tooltip when the player has not found all Warmind Nodes and has not generated an Override Frequency:
