Acquisition

Vestiges of Dread after completing a Tier III Nightmare Containment Public Event on the Derelict Leviathan. - Rewarded when a
Bound Presence is used to open the chest at the end of a Sever mission.
Upgrades
The following Crown of Sorrow upgrades can affect the acquisition of Opulent Umbral Energy:
