When this perk is unlocked, stunning Champions triggers a powerful 
Arc-based response with both offensive and defensive benefits.

The perk activates when stunning any type of Champion:
Bolt Charge Grant
- Instantly grants maximum stacks of Bolt Charge
- Provides immediate access to Bolt Charge-based effects from other perks
- Eliminates the need to build up Bolt Charge stacks gradually
Arc Bolt Effects
The triggered Arc bolt provides dual functionality:
- Healing: Restores health to the player who stunned the Champion
