Acquisition
Powerful Offerings can be obtained as random drops when completing various activities throughout the game.
After unlocking its corresponding 
Opaque Card at the Lectern of Divination, Powerful Offerings can be purchased from the Offering Shrine vendor in Altars of Summoning for 
10,000 or 4 
Robust Offerings.
3 Powerful Offerings can be obtained from the Lectern of Divination after collecting the corresponding Opaque Card.
Usage
Powerful Offerings can be used in Altars of Summoning. A Robust Offering can be deposited at an altar to start a Powerful (Tier 3) encounter. The Powerful Offering receptacle is indicated by a hologram of 3 crossed Hive swords.
