10 Feeble Offerings can be obtained from the Lectern of Divination after collecting the corresponding Opaque Card.
Usage
Feeble Offerings can be used in Altars of Summoning. A Feeble Offering can be deposited at an altar to start a Feeble (Tier 1) encounter. The Feeble Offering receptacle is indicated by a hologram of 1 Hive sword.
After unlocking its corresponding Opaque Card at the Lectern of Divination, 5 Feeble Offerings can be exchanged for a 
Robust Offering at the Offering Shrine vendor in Altars of Summoning.
