Unlocked on tier 4 of the Queensfoil Censer Seasonal Artifact during Season of the Wish.

Usage

While this perk is unlocked, Rocket Launchers can stun Overload Champions and deal significantly increased damage to them.

Champion Interaction

• Instant stun on direct rocket impact
• No charge time or sustained fire required
• Each rocket can stun if Champion is not on cooldown
• Applies Overload debuff preventing ability regeneration

Damage Bonus

• 80% increased damage to Overload Champions
• Applies to all Rocket Launcher damage against Overloads
• One of the highest anti-Champion damage bonuses
• Stacks with other damage buffs multiplicatively

Overcharge Benefit

When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active:

• All Rocket Launchers gain Overcharged status
• Additional damage bonus in applicable activities
• Enhanced effectiveness in endgame PvE content
