Go to the Throne World destination in the Director and launch the Vox Obscura Exotic quest on Master difficulty.
Earn the catalyst for the Dead Messenger Exotic Grenade Launcher by completing the "Vox Obscura" Exotic quest on Master difficulty.
Commander Zavala's smooth voice crackles to life over your comms.
"I know you've done this once before, but the Cabal will have adapted their defenses. Expect tougher resistance this time around."
His voice hardens. "Whoever's behind this broadcast has the full power of the Darkness behind them. Take nothing for granted. Good luck."
