- Randomly dropped from Gunsmith Engrams;
- Occasionally sold by Banshee-44 for 10 Mod Components.
Usage
- Increases the damage granted by Surrounded. Bonus damage lingers for a brief time when no longer surrounded by three or more enemies;
- Cannot be applied to Trace Rifles.
Notes
- It used to be sold by Ada-1 prior to Beyond Light.
