Unlocked on tier 1 of the Hunter's Journal Seasonal Artifact during Episode: Echoes.
Usage
Sustained fire from Pulse Rifles disrupts combatants, stunning them, delaying ability energy regeneration, and lowering combatant damage output.
Strong against Overload Champions. Additionally, Pulse Rifles are always overcharged when that modifier is active.
Overcharge Benefits
When the overcharge modifier is active, Pulse Rifles gain a 25% damage increase in endgame content.

- Works with any Legendary or Exotic Pulse Rifle that doesn't have an intrinsic anti-champion perk
- Pairs well with high rate-of-fire Pulse Rifles for faster disruption
- Synergizes with other artifact perks that enhance weapon performance
