Acquisition
This mod can be bought from the Splicer Servitor for 3 
Mod Components.
It is available for purchase once the player reaches Reputation Rank 7 with this vendor.
Usage
Picking up an Elemental Well grants energy to your ability with the lowest current energy. Picking up an elemental well whose element matches your subclass damage type grants energy to all of your abilities.
Defeating a combatant with a finisher spawns 2 Arc elemental wells.
Notes
- This mod was previously named Overload Wellmaker, but was changed at some point. This was most likely done to avoid confusion with mods that affect
Overload Champions. It seems to be an unlisted change from Version 3.3.0.[1][2]
