Magnum Opus II is an Exotic Quest.
It is obtained by reaching Strange Favor Rank 16 with Xûr and getting the Anomalous Access Card from him in Xûr's Treasure Hoard.

Description
Complete the Dares of Eternity and get a fantastic score in order to earn the missing part of 
Forerunner.
Prove to Starhorse that you are worthy of obtaining the weapon part Xûr found using the Access Card by performing well in Dares of Eternity.
