Kindling Trigger is an Artifact Perk.

Acquisition

Unlocked on tier 2 of the Queensfoil Censer Seasonal Artifact during Season of the Wish.

Usage

While this perk is unlocked and you have the Radiant buff active, your Solar weapons will apply Scorch to targets that are not already scorched.

Scorch Application

• Base Scorch stacks: 30
• With Ember of Ashes: 45 Scorch stacks
• Only applies to unscorched enemies
• Cannot stack additional Scorch on already-scorched targets
• Does not directly cause Ignitions

Radiant Requirement

To activate Kindling Trigger, you must first obtain the Radiant buff through:

• Solar ability kills
• Orb of Power pickup with appropriate mods
• Weapon perks like Incandescent
• Artifact perks like Flint Striker
• Team support abilities

Solar Fragment Interactions

• Activates Ember of Singeing for class ability regeneration
• Works with Ember of Char to spread Scorch
• Complements Ember of Ashes for increased Scorch stacks
• Enables Ember of Searing for melee energy on defeating scorched targets

Limitations

• Cannot apply Scorch to already-scorched enemies
• Requires maintaining Radiant buff for effect
• Does not increase total Scorch cap on enemies
• Will not trigger multiple Ignitions on the same target

Notes

• The perk essentially gives all Solar weapons a weaker version of Incandescent
• Particularly valuable in activities with high enemy density
• Allows non-Solar subclasses to effectively use Solar verbs
