Targets affected by Strand debuffs (Sever, Suspend, or Unravel) take increased damage from Arc and Void abilities.
Effect Details
- Increases Arc and Void ability damage by approximately 5%
- Requires targets to be affected by Strand debuffs
- Only the user needs the perk for the damage boost to apply
- Works with all Arc and Void abilities, including Supers
