Broken Courier is a Legendary Quest.
This quest requires the Forsaken Pack to obtain. It can be purchased from Petra Venj in the Dreaming City. It grants access to the Broken Courier Story Mission. It can only be purchased during Week 1 of the Dreaming City curse cycle, when the curse is at its weakest and Petra is located in The Strand. It is repeatable, and can be completed once per character in a given week. It expires at the next weekly reset.

- The mission can be started by interacting with an Awoken Corsair in a small cave in The Strand. The cave is to the left when facing the giant Awoken statue, near where the Rift Generator Public Event takes place.
