Disorienting Grenades (formerly known as Blinding Grenades) is a Magazine Weapon Perk found on Grenade Launchers.

Notes

• Grenades are guaranteed to blind non-immune enemies caught in the blast
• The blinding effect also affects enemies within ~7m of the blast
  • Enemies killed while blinded by grenades launched from Grenade Launchers with this perk count toward the Tactical Clear, Skullduggery and Concealment (?) Strike Challenges before they were removed in Forsaken. (Source)

• This perk's name was most likely changed from "Blinding Grenades" to avoid confusion with the Arc Blind debuff.
