Barrels

Barrels are Weapon Perks that provide Stats and utility related to a weapon's barrel. Barrel Perks appear on a vast array of weapons. They generally provide Range, Stability, Handling, and Recoil Direction.

Arrowhead Brake - Lightly vented barrel.
- Greatly controls Recoil.
- Increases Handling Speed.
Chambered Compensator - Stable barrel attachment.
- Increases Stability.
- Improves Recoil Direction.
- Slightly decreases Handling Speed.
Corkscrew Rifling - Balanced barrel.
- Slightly increases Range and Stability.
- Slightly increases Handling Speed.
Extended Barrel - Weighty barrel extension.
- Increases range
- Decreases handling speed
- Moderately controls recoil
Fluted Barrel - Ultra-light barrel.
- Greatly increases Handling Speed.
- Slightly increases Stability.
Full Bore - Barrel optimized for distance.
- Greatly increases Range.
- Decreases Stability.
- Slightly decreases Handling Speed.
Hammer-Forged Rifling - Durable ranged barrel.
- Increases Range.
Polygonal Rifling - Barrel optimized for recoil reduction.
- Increases Stability.
Smallbore - Dual strength barrel.
- Increases Range.
- Increases Stability.
Shotguns Barrels
Some Barrel Perks appear only on shotguns.
- Barrel Shroud - Balanced shotgun barrel.
- Increases stability
- Increases handling speed
Full Choke - Tightened barrel. Reduces projectile spread when aiming down sights at the cost of precision damage.
Rifled Barrel - Ranged shotgun barrel.
- Increases range
- Greatly decreases handling speed
Smoothbore - Smooth shotgun barrel. Greatly increases Range at the cost of more projectile spread.
Unique Barrels
The following barrel perks appear only on IKELOS weapons. They were reworked into weapon traits.
Disruption Break - Breaking a combatant's shield with this weapon makes them more vulnerable to Kinetic damage for an improved duration.
- - Appears as a Barrel only on IKELOS SMG v1.0.1.
Trench Barrel — After a successful melee hit, this weapon gains increased damage, handling, and reload speed for a short duration—or until three shots are fired.
