Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Ascendant Scepter and Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifacts.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Scout Rifles to fire rounds that stun Unstoppable Champions after aiming down sights for several seconds.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Scout Rifles will be Overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
