The Spring of Power is a Legendary Quest. It is given by Fynch after The Witch Queen campaign has been completed. This quest serves as an introduction to The Wellspring activity, which also becomes available after the campaign is completed.

With Savathûn gone, the Wellspring's up for grabs, and the Hive and Scorn are fighting over it. Its power can't fall into the wrong hands. That means you're up.
