Acquire the cryptolith Lure from the table in Crow's workshop.

2. Charge the Lure
Description
Configuring the Lure for a Wrathborn hunt requires a Lure charge.
To obtain charges, bring your Lure into the Crucible, Gambit, and strikes.
The Lure begins partially charged - you'll need to do the rest yourself.

3. Configure the Lure
Description
Open the Lure's configuration screen. Insert mods to configure the Lure.
- Prey mods select the Wrathborn target and the spoils of the hunt.
- Trophy mods adjust the rewards you'll receive.
Inserting mods into all 3 slots will activate the Lure.

4. Eliminate the Wrathborn
Description
